Course content
Biblical basis: the spiritual legacy of Old Testament Israel, Jesus Christ, the faith and practice of early Christianity. Spirituality in history and the present: Marian reverence, Christian prayer and mysticism, Christian practice and diakonia, cult and celebration, forms of consecrated life. Special issues: suffering and death, the spirituality of nature (creation), wandering and places of pilgrimage.
