Course content
Students will be introduced to the basic terms of business English - via theoretical lectures and practical exercises. Lectures, seminars and exercises - oral and written, will help a student understand and remember well. The emphasis is put on improving the oral and written communication skills of every student to prepare them for their future endeavours.

  • Contact hours - 39 hours per semester
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 24 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 15 hours per semester

distinguish betwen informal and formal form of written English

adequately formulate the main ideas of authentic specialized text from the economic field
on the basic level to explain own standpoint on the issue in question
