Course content
The course contains business letter with functional language development. This includes written communication, detailed treatment of punctuation, and practice and further consolidation of trade-related vocabulary and practice structures. The course covers important business documents and introduction to some modern office technology too. Students are able to practise letter/ email writing during the lessons as well as home work tasks.

adequately apply the knowledge of business writing standards
correctly use the adress of the sender and addressee, date, etc.
adequately use the address and final greetings in business letters
independently create documents related to the conclusion of a business contract, such as inquiry, enquiry, offer, order, order confirmation and rejection
