Course content
1. Introduction to Theory of National Economy, Financial Science, and Financial Law - basic terminology, development and mutual relations 2. Regional and spacial aspects in public law 3. Financial science, its development and perspectives, financial law as a science 4. Money, its history, development of its forms, currency in relation to law 5. Finance - its development and classification with respect to financial law, financial institutions 6. Reporting the financial position of the company, its legal regulation 7. Capital, capital market, its nature, classification and functions with respect to financial law 8. Competition and its regulation in public law 9. Corporate Governance in the context of legal theories 10. Macroeconomic and financial policy of the government with respect to public law 11. Czech National Bank, its legal status, authonomy, independence, and financing 12. Fiscal policy with respect to financial law, tax system in the Czech Republic
