Roles of government in the economy and an introduction to economic analysis Theory of public choice and the political-economic cycle Sources of inefficiency of public finances Political economy of reforms Institutional Analysis and Development Evidence-Based Policy Economic analysis of public policy instruments Fiscal and social consequences of political decision-making Economic analysis of actors - politicians and theory of bureaucracy Role of experts Role of the media Lobbying and interest groups Summary repetition
