Course content
- Fundamental principles of strategic financial management. - Investment projects and investment cash-flow planning. - Investment projects evaluation. - Effect of risk on investment decision-making. - Investment diversification and portfolio risk. - Capital structure optimization and capital costs. - Introduction to treasury management. - Treasury management system and technology. - Liquidity and cash management. - Corporate treasury and relationships with banks. - Financial risk management. - Credit risk management. - Market risk management.
