Course content
- Introduction to the business finance. - Basic legal forms of entrepreneurship from the financing point of view. - Assets and capital structure of a company. - Financial sources of a company and their types. - Self-financing of a company and its basic types. - External foreign sources for financing. - External own sources for financing. - Special forms of financing a company. - Introduction to the investment decision making. - Time scale in the finance management and the company´s decision making. - Management of particular parts of the short-term assets. - Introduction to the financial analysis. - Introduction to the financial planning process.
