Course content
- Basic principles of entrepreneurship. - Suitable forms of business and possibilities of business establishing. - Starting a business, obtaining a trade license, registration and reporting obligations. - Founding budget and the need for start-up capital. - Ways of registration of business activities. - Financial Planning. - Acquiring of funding sources - the entrepreneur's own sources and possibilities of external sources. - The assets of the enterprise and its registration. - Revenues, expenses and profit. - Cash flow management and planning. - Tax aspects of business and tax obligations of entrepreneur. - Business support from the Czech and EU sources.

Student is able to: - master basic business principles and obligations of entrepreneur in terms of financial management and taxation, - start a business and registration of business activities, - identify possible sources of funding for new projects and appropriate business support, - solve problems of start-up and work with information, - work in a team, - practically apply the acquired knowledge into practice.
