The course constitutes one of three parts of a State exam intended to students who are going to finish their Master studies in the study field "Applied Physics and Physical Engineering" in the corresponding academic year. It consists of an oral board examination of a 15-30 minutes length. The details are given by the Study and Examination statute of the University of West Bohemia in Plzen. During the preparation to the examination, the students have an opportunity to attend individual or group tuitions organized by the guarantors of the corresponding disciplines.
