Course content
1. Introduction to the field of secondary didactics of history, definition of discipline; History of history education; Historical development of field didactics of history 2. Historical teaching, meaning, purpose, content; History curricula at secondary schools, curriculum documents - development, analysis; Personality of a secondary school teacher (specifics of history) 3. Didactic analysis of the curriculum - Criteria for selecting the curriculum content, basic structure of the curriculum, proportionality of world, national and regional history. Arrangement and alternative content of curriculum content 4. Curriculum Reform - Key Competences in History, Bloom's Taxonomy; curriculum documents and educational area Man and Society 5. Methodology and methodology of history teaching; Exposure methods; exposing the content of subject matter to history in classical terms and in the background of curricular reform; Fixing methods; fixation; Diagnostic methods; Appropriate assessment modules in history teaching; Self-assessment methods in history, educational tests; 6. Application of activation methods in the current conditions of Czech education and teaching of history 7. Motivation in history teaching, external factors, inner motives 8. Teaching history class of typology. Extra-curricular forms of history teaching. Utilization of professional institutions and "national pride" monuments in teaching history 9. History textbooks, principles of textbook production and production, current textbook offer, other teaching media suitable for secondary schools 10. Specifics of secondary school history teaching - Maturita z dějepisu; Preparation for admission examinations at university, 11-12. Attendance practice and its analysis

overview of the development of the teaching of history in our conditions, about the generally valid principles of the Czech model of teaching school history at secondary schools - it focuses on the current trends of teaching in the intentions of curricular reform at specialized secondary schools and grammar schools), knows information sources and basic documents of this reform for each type of school.

the ability to plan and efficiently select appropriate methods and didactic forms for the presentation and fixation of historical events; - to focus on the possibilities of using interdisciplinary relations; in the given thematic unit of history teaching at secondary schools - purposefully formulates the main principles of didactic analysis (cross-curricular themes, key competencies, forms of evaluation and self-evaluation of pupils) on specific examples of historical substance
