Course content
1. Social and Cultural Anthropology - The Key Concepts for didactics I. 2. Social and Cultural Anthropology - The Key Concepts for didactics II. 3. Social and Cultural Anthropology - The Key Concepts for didactics III. 4. The key concepts of sociological thinking I. 5. The key concepts of sociological thinking II. 6. The key concepts of sociological thinking III. 7. Interpersonal relationships I. - natural and social differences between people; the issue of equality between men and women in society. 8. Interpersonal relationships II. - the importance of the family. 9. Interpersonal relationships III. - family relationships, relationships within groups; we and them - questions of human intolerance; stereotypes; what does it mean to be inside or outside the group. 10. The issue of individual identity. 11. The issue of social identity I. 12. The issue of social identity II.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 20 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 6 hours per semester
prerequisite
Knowledge
to know basic anthropological, sociological and religious terms, to engage in seminars lessons, to be able to discuss the themes, to have general socio-cultural knowledges, that gained at bachelor program.
Skills
to critically think and engage new knowledge to the overall knowledge framework, be capable of professional discussion, appropriately didactically work with newly acquired knowledge and involve them in teaching at elementary school.
