Course content
1. Czech lands in prehistoric times 2. Beginnings of Czech statehood, the Great Moravian Empire 3. Bohemia under the reign of the first members of Přemyslid dynasty 4. Bohemia under the reign of the last members of Premyslid dynasty 5. Luxemburg dynasty on the Czech throne 6. Hussite movement 7. George of Podebrady, House of Jagellons on the Czech throne 8. Bohemia under the rule of the first Habsburgs, the Uprising of Czech Estates, Czech lands after the Peace in Westphalia in 1648 9. Enlightened absolutism, the National Revival 10. Bohemia in the 19th century, the emergence of civil society 11. First World War, First Republic 12. Second World War, the specifics of development of the Czech Lands 13. Key milestones in Czech history since 1945

It is necessary to have knowledge of history in the range of high school history textbooks.
learning outcomes
Students will be familiar with current policies with the regard to the curriculum reform at primary schools. They will be able to clarify and evaluate the current teaching materials, textbooks, selected source.
