Course content
|
Cybernetic systems and information theory - basic notions, principles. Multilevel structure (stacked model) of process and machine control system. Technical and software tools of instrumentation layer (sensing device, actuating device), layer of adjusting and logic type control, layer of procedural and dispatching control and theirs connections to superior production system and manager control. Linear dynamic system external descriptions: differential equation, transmission, time and frequency responses, frequency characteristics, systems schematic diagram. Linear dynamic system internal description and basics of theirs modeling. Basic task of self-regulation, types of controllers. Stability of linear dynamic systems, osciation generation conditions. Feedback system design principle. Methods of feedback system control design. Technical and program tools for feedback system realization. Nonlinearities in feetback systems. Combinational and sequentional automatics, tools for theirs design and realization. Norms for design and realization of adjusting and logic type control. Sensors, programmable logic controllers,industrial PC and actuating devices in industrial systems, industrial communication in machines, open protocol, Profibus.
