Course content
1. ICT support of building development and facility management. 2. Building certification I. (SB Tool). 3. Building certification II. (BREEAM, LEED, DGNB). 4. Optimization of buildings. 5. Modern software for facility management (CAFM, TIFM, ARCHIBUS). 6. Information environment for sharing of data about buildings (BIM). 7. Practical applications of modelling in the development and facility management. 8. System building - surrounding environment. 9. Cost evaluation for technical life of buildings (Life Cycle Costs - LCC). 10. Smart buildings. 11. Smart cities. 12. Sustainability of buildings.
