Course content
Individual case study in frame of modern program-oriented teaching with a focus on solving problems of building practice. The student, with regard to the his / her professional preferences, will elaborate the complex problem of building practice with the use of knowledge gained by studying. The work will result in a study from one of the following areas: - design of a modern building taking into account contemporary materials, technologies, requirements for use with potential for the future; - designing of controlling and management of a modern building operation with a potential for future use; - proposal and optimization of investment intention, evaluation of its potential and ensuring its financing and implementation.

  • Contact hours - 52 hours per semester
  • Graduate study programme term essay (40-50) - 50 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 5 hours per semester
