Course content
1. Definition and analysis of building-physical and legislative conditions for modern buildings reconstruction and ensuring their reliability for further use. 2. Modern methods of building diagnostics and their application and the need to determine and evaluate the state of modern buildings, range of findings and locations of failures. 3. Defects, failures and construction modifications of the substructure of modern buildings. 4. Defects, failures and construction modifications of vertical structures of modern buildings. 5. Defects, failures and construction modifications of horizontal load-bearing structures of modern buildings. 6. Construction work in monolithic and prefabricated skeleton and panel buildings. 7. Construction modifications of wooden and steel structures of modern buildings. 8. Defects and failures and construction modifications of roof structures of modern buildings. 9. Construction modifications and improvement of technical quality of building roof cladding. 10. Modifications of the facades of modern buildings. 11. Modifications for the management and installation of modern technologies in buildings. 12. Technology and means of building chemistry for after-treatment and repairs of structures and surfaces of modern buildings. 13. Modifications for fire safety solutions of reconstructed modern buildings.
