Course content
Information society and the place of a man in the so called new economy; Defining the term of e-business and comparing the world´s leading approaches to these issues; Strategies and application areas for applying e-business tools; Relation between the use of e-business tools and increasing the operational effectiveness and efficiency of various types of subjects (companies, governments, households); Technology and infrastructure of e-business; E-business and its significance for managing supplier-customer chains; Implementation of e-business tools in organisational practice and its specifics; E-business tools as a key element for the development of managing the relations with customers.

  • Graduate study programme term essay (40-50) - 40 hours per semester
