Telephoning, making appointments Business trips, customs and traditions of Francophone countries Airlines, letters of complaint Meetings, equipment of meeting rooms Opening a meeting, different points of view Presenting arguments - discussion, closing a meeting Minutes of a meeting - its format and contents Introduction of a speaker, delivery of a speech Selling, markets Sick leave, injury at work Fixed and flexible working hours Sales talk, telemarketing Pass a command and discuss about details of a command Further information for distant study programme students can be found on the Courseware.
