Course content
Acquirement of experience in a company operating in manufacturing, services, trade, tourism, spa, gastronomy etc. Organizational guideline for practices: Form of a practice is not fixed; it can be paid or unpaid, performed in a state institution or private or co-operative company, in the Czech Republic or abroad. Duration of the practice is 3 weeks (15 working days according ECTS) respectively, can be executed at one time, twice or differently divided; chosen form must not impair learning. Practice can be performed in any branch, but must be related to at least one of special courses (obligatory or optional). Company selection and ensuing negotiation is the responsibility of a student. The student's participation on some of Faculty of economics Department's research activities can also be accepted as a practice. This kind of practice must be approved by the head of the relevant Department.
