Introduction to modelling in tourism and services The complex, multidisciplinary and cross-cutting nature of the tourism industry Tourism and services market information and processing Complexity of models in the tourism and services sector System Dynamics of the tourism and services Models of the environmental impacts of tourism Models of the economic impacts of tourism Models of the social impacts of tourism Tourism destination development dynamics and visitor flow simulation Decision support systems for tourism and services Lecture by a practitioner
