Development of the legal regulation of the reservations in the relation to the international treaties and its solution in the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties of 1969 6. The role of the United Nations Intenational Conferences and their influence on the development of the international cooperation and the International Law 7. The role of the Security Council and the General Assembly of the United Nations in the peace-keeping in the world 8. North Atlantic Treaty Organization, its establishment, development and recent tendencies 9. Předmět umožní studentům porozumět mechanismům mezinárodního práva veřejného a jeho základním konceptům. Studenti získají povědomí o ústředních problémech spojených s aplikací mezinárodního práva na aktuální dění ve světě. |
