Course content
Conception of technique and technical education in the Framework Education Programme (RVP ZŠ). Application of fundamental physical laws to the content of selected RVP educational areas. Physical laws use in technical education in elementary schools, their application to principles and systems of technical devices. Didactic transformation of knowledge by help of modern technical teaching tools. Constructional creativity. Educational programs and games to support constructional creativity. Programs for basic simulation of physical laws and teaching tools principles in elementary school teaching. Construction, draft, power effects. Students? own drafts of construction by help of didactic structure building bricks like Merkur or Lego. Power measuring and strain by using Pasco Structures System. Static and dynamic values of quantities in structural models, quantities measuring by help of educational demonstrating system Pasco Probeware and Data studio software. Quantities measuring and control of a portable unit Xplorer GLX; results and solution demonstration in a multimedia and interactive form by help of didactic technique.

Skills
At the end of the course, students will be well informed about selected fundamental physical laws and they can apply them to their own structural concepts. Students can transfer and demonstrate the acquired knowledge in their own teaching that corresponds to the RVP content and the educational area ?Man and the World of Work?. Students are able to work on a processed problem task individually or actively in a realization team.
