Course content
01. Digital camera. Principle, technology, history. 02. Camera control and settings. 03. Creative programs, camera menu. 04. Composition, exposition, motion, dept of field 05. Still life, macro, portrait, landscape, white settings, light conditions. 06. Image size, freeware raster edit programs 07. Graphics proposal with the use of photography ? work lists 08. Panorama, HDR, 3D and photography 09. Video animation, work with the light 10. Picture application for a document and video creation 11. Image model digitalization by means of scanner, PC and camera, print technology. 12. Image publication on the Internet, gallery creation, web pages with a gallery 13. Options of wall projection screen, presentation of works ? technical photography.

Knowledge
Basic work with MS Windows. Orientation in a standard graphic user interface of Windows programs. Work with files and folders. Hygiene of PC work.
learning outcomes
Students can use technique of digital photography; they can operate advanced functions and select correct procedures and settings. Students understand theoretical principles used in image record devices and they know basic technologies. They can edit photos by means of common tools. They can these photos in their text or multimedia teaching projects.
