Course content
Entrance Health and Safety at work training. Seminar paper assignment. Awareness of laboratory logistics. Fire code, escape routes. Material and tools storage. Technical documentation of a product. Semi-finished products for workshop processing. Measuring, material scribing. Technological additions. Manual material division. Cutting. Holes drilling. Cutting, rasping, bending. Screw joints. Thread. Thread creation. Nuts, screws, washers. Material, equipment, tools. Key, moment key. Tighten moment calculation with respect to the operating power strength. Hard joint. Soldering, riveting. Corrosion, corrosion protection, paintings. Metal colors, brushes, spray painting. Measuring with a slide gauge. Outer and inner diameter, micrometer measuring. Fitting, placement, clamp joints, press joints.
