Course content
CONTENT: 1. Interrelated nature of language skills 2. Listening, listening comprehension 3. Speaking 4. Reading, reading comprehension 5. Writing 6. Classroom management 7. Planning in German language teaching ? CEFR, European Language Portfolio, Framework Educational Programme, School Educational Programme 8. Types, structure and organizational forms of a lesson 9. Role of didactic technology in foreign language teaching and German language teaching 10. Didactic games in German language teaching 11. New methods in German language teaching, e.g. project based learning 12. Selecting and evaluating a textbook for young learners of German, criteria for analysing textbooks 13. Multicultural education in German language teaching 14. Teaching German to pupils with learning disorders
