Course content
1. Introduction to the class. 2. Nature, objective and sources of law, definition of contracts. 3. Common law v. Continental law and their approach to contracts. 4. Negotiation of contracts, content requirements. 5. Negotiation of contracts, form requirements. 6. Validity, interpretation,and enforcement of contracts. 7. UCC and other harmonization of contract regulation. 8. Contract drafting, analysis of judicial cases. 9. Contract drafting, analysis of judicial cases. 10. Team presentations. The course is though in English language.

Knowledge
orientate in the basics of law as a normative system, have theoretical and practical experience in the basics of the Czech legal system and commercial law
knowledge of English at least level B2
