| A student understands specialist Business Law terminology, he/she has acquired the basic general Business Law principles, he/she understands the significance of the scientific field of Business Law within the legal system of the state as well as within the relations to EU Law. A student can describe the basic institutes of the corporate part of Business Law, he/she is able to assess the current role and significance of business companies and co-operatives for the development of the national economy, he/she can identify and define the strengths and weaknesses of the current legal regulation of business companies and co-operatives, he/she is able to apply the knowledge to model situations with respect to the common issues of corporate governance, he/she is expected to act and find solutions where management of companies and co-operatives is concerned, he/she can evaluate, justify and consider the selected solutions in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic and the EU and he/she is able to draw general conclusions. |
