1. Introduction to securities law. 2. Basic Institutes of Capital Market Law I. - Regulated Market, CDCP, Securities Trader. 3. Basic Institutes of Capital Market Law II. - CECP, Selected Investment Tools. Industrial Property. Rights to intangible assets. 5. Bills I. 6. Bills II. Checks. 7. Public procurement. Public support. Public concessions. 8. Commitments with special significance to business I. - Business and family plant. Layout with the race. 9. Liabilities with special significance for trade II. - Rental in business relations. Purchase leased things. Franchising, leasing and similar incomparable contracts. 10. Commitments with special significance for trade III. - Banking (current and deposit account, credit, letter of credit, direct debit, depository agreement). 11. Liabilities with special significance for trade IV. - Commission. Freight forwarding. Dealership. Inspection activities. Silent society. Company. 12. Liabilities with special significance for trade V. - Storage contract. Transport contracts.

- understand specialist Business Law terminology
- acquire the basic general principles of Law of Obligations within Business Law
- understand the significance of the scientific field of Business Law within the legal system of the state as well as within the relations to EU Law

- describe the basic institutes of the obligation part of Business Law
- assess the current role and significance of the obligation part of Business Law in business relations
- identify and define the strengths and weaknesses of the current legal regulation of Law of Obligations within Business Law
- apply the knowledge to model situations with respect to the obligation part of Business Law
- act and find solutions of common business issues
- evaluate, justify and consider the selected solutions in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic and the EU and draw general conclusions
