Course content
1. The concept of commercial law, the relationship of civil and commercial law, basic principles of private law. 2. Entrepreneur. Enterpreneur´s conduct. 3. Company Law. Commercial Register and other records of business persons. 4. Unfair competition. Economic competition. 5. Personal company. 6. Limited liability company. 7. Joint stock company. 8. Basic questions of contract law. 9. Compesation of damages 10. End of obligations. Preclusion. 11. The purchase contract, contract for work. 12. Other important types of contracts.

- understand the basic concepts of the commercial law terminology
- learn the key principles of commercial law and learn the most important practical institutes of the commercial law

- know the basics of the commercial law terminology in the background of the companies law and related institutes and commercial obligation law
- the purpose of education is to achieve a state where the student will be able to understand to a particular situation when his knowledge of business law suffice to deal with the situation or he has to search professional legal help
