Course content
|
Etiology, diagnosis, clinical failure of basic life functions. Monitoring of vital signs. Prevention of complications. Nursing care of the patient at the failure of basic life functions. Basic and advanced resuscitation. Ensuring patient after CPR - a comprehensive post-resuscitation care. Aspiration, choking. Anaphylaxis. Etiology, diagnosis, clinical picture. Comatose and shock states. Hypovolemic shock, cardiogenic, septicko- toxic, anaphylactic. Cardiology: vasovagal syncope, orthostatic, cardiac and sudden death, acute myocardial acute heart failure, cardiac tamponade, arrhythmia, pacemaker implantation, acute right heart failure, dissecting aortic aneurysm, hypertensive crisis. Monitoring blood circulation and vital signs, ECG, evaluation of acute ischemic changes on ECG basic arrhythmology. Education of the patient during pacemaker implantation and chronic anticoagulant therapy. Angiology: acute arterial closures, venous thrombosis, thromboembolism, prevention of TEN. Pneumology: status asthmaticus, airway stenosis, aspiration, pulmonary hemorrhage, hemoptysis, respiratory insufficiency. Respiratory system monitoring, the possibility of airway management, mechanical ventilation - basic ventilation modes, the principles of oxygen therapy, respiratory care. Gastroenterology: colic - abdominal, biliary, acute pancreatitis, ileus, gastrointestinal bleeding, toxic megacolon, hepatic coma. Dietary measures, monitoring functions of the gastrointestinal tract. Parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition.
