Course content
- Formalities and procedures in the selection thesis topic. - Method and procedures within the processing of the request to the topic of the thesis. - Schedule diploma thesis. - Selecting and working with a mentor - Preparation of consultation. - Annotation, key words, summary. - The types of work qualification and suitability of their choice in the context of diploma theses. - Selection of an appropriate methodology with respect to the topic of the thesis. - Ethical issues in relation to the processing of the thesis. - Presentation and elements of the thesis. - Work with literature and support resources to handle the thesis. - Work with databases and electronic systems. - Quote, citation standards, and the risk of plagiarism. - Preparation and implementation of projects.

Basic knowledge of terminology field, knowledge of working with Microsoft Office.

- Apply citation standard ISO 690 and use the recommended resources in the processing of their thesis. - Properly characterize and describe in detail specific research method used in his thesis. - Optimally utilize appropriate sources for comparison and discussion of the application of their qualification work. - Apply appropriate research methods and techniques of research during the investigation. - Correct use of primary and secondary information sources. - Use of specific outputs of their research. - Apply scientific research methods in practice. - Characterized by a code of ethics and ethical - legal aspects of scientific research.
