Course content
- Definition of community and home care, basic components of the community Needs assessment of the community with regard to the characteristics of the population, health status of the population, geographic location, labor and employment, poverty and income, environment and others. - Cultural particularities in identification and saturation of needs in selected communities, differences in access to health and health services. - Possibilities of selected taxonomies suitable for planning and evaluation of care in community nursing - Use of selected concept models in community nursing. The role of nurses in community nursing, competence and education - Coordinating activities and cooperation of community nurse with health insurance companies, doctors, social services, counseling services, curator, self-help groups and voluntary organizations.
