Course content
Emergencies and Disasters (types of disasters, the definition of disaster and disaster medicine, disability spectrum). Crisis readiness (definitions, legislative background, crisis management bodies and their tasks, organization of health care, basic concepts, crisis preparedness plan for medical devices). Bulk incidence disabilities (basic concepts, medical rescue chain, integrated rescue system, traumatology plan hospital - basic tasks, organization of work in a collective intake, triage). Evacuation hospitals (principles of evacuation, evacuation plan). Protecting the population (definitions and basic concepts, guiding principles - the method of concealment, personal protective equipment, warning the population - way of response, education). Risk management and prevention of adverse events in health care facilities, including monitoring and evaluation. Organizational Behavior in a medical facility in connection with crisis management - risk management. Personal development manager in connection with crisis management. Basics tactical management - IRS components, medical equipment. Driving under pressure - management techniques in crisis situations (time information, decision) Crises in the health sector. Effective management meetings in connection with crisis management. The quality and safety of healthcare.
