Types of communication, models and concepts of communication process, barriers to communication. Denotational and connotative. communication. Evalvace and devaluation. Mass media communication. . Healthy communication. Disturbances in interpersonal communication - pathological communication. Social interaction within the group. Assertiveness - technology and current training practices. Listening and process efficient and active listening. Communication skills with handicapped clients. Communication skills with problem clients. Sister in crisis intervention, psychotherapy interview. Supervision. Presentation and self-presentation.
