Course content
- Management and the role of manager. Key roles and functions of a manager in health care. Leadership and the role of leader. Corporate Culture. Corporate structure. Strategic Management. Management changes. Time management. Building and managing team. Personnel management and human resource development. - The role, function and concept manager in the field of health and social services. - The modern concept of management in nursing care. - Organizational Behavior in a medical facility. - Personal development executive in the healthcare organization. - Specific skills manager of health and social services. - The creation and importance of the adaptation process orderly. - Basics and specifics of strategic management in the healthcare organization. - Strategic Vision, Mission and Values ??Health Organisation. - Managerial tools and change management in healthcare organizations. - Leadership, communication and self-management in the health sector. - Personnel management and human resources for health. - Legislative standards relating to quality management in health care. - Controlled documentation in the medical organization. - Control the quality and safety of health care in the health care organization. - Risk management, risk analysis. - Crisis management.

Knowledge
Basic knowledge of industry terminology, the ability to search for a job in information systems, basic orientation in the current health care legislation.
learning outcomes
Graduates: - Characterize addressing systemic issues of providing health care, creation and implementation of health policy and continuity of health and social care and legal framework for the provision of health care in the country. - Characterize and apply in practice test management styles, optimal technology leadership and management. - Characterize and implement the principles and rules of project management and apply it in practice. - Apply in practice the principles and rules of personal effectiveness and time management, prioritization methods and eliminate time thieves, knows the principles and rules of personal management, good personal fitness and stress management. - Apply managerial leadership styles, the rules of project management and time management creates schedules. - Characterize and address the specificities and differences in the quality management of medical devices within the EU. - Involve strategic management and planning. - Compiled strengths and weaknesses and SWOT analysis on specific cases. - Make plans to control the quality of nursing care, characterize and propose specific quality indicators. - Drawn up plans for solving problems and emergencies. - They are able to independently and responsibly make decisions in familiar contexts only partially based on general assignment. - Apply the principles and crisis management in practice. - Manage risk, quality and safety within the management tools.
