Contents of lectures: Stroke, inflammatory diseases. Etiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment options, diet therapy, complications, prevention. Degenerative, demyelinating and extrapyramidal disorders, neuromuscular disease. Etiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment options, complications, prevention. Epileptic syndromes. Etiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment options, complications, prevention. Health promotion and prevention of neurological diseases. Basic neurological examination, procedures and tests. Seminars: Nursing care of patients with neurological disease Physical examination sister, assessment of patient needs, determine the nursing problem. Plan nursing interventions, education of regime measures and implementation options. Consultancy.
