Course content
Autoimmune disease. Systemic lupus erythematosus. M. Bechtěrev. Psoriatic arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis. Systemic sclerosis, rheumatic polymyalgia, inflammatory myopathies and vasculitis. Soft tissue rheumatism. Reactive arthritis. Infectious arthritis. Osteoatróza. Endoprosthetics. Avascular necrosis. Vertebral algic syndrome - deformation spondylosis, spondylarthrosis, discopathy. Scoliosis. Degenerative diseases of the spine, chest diseases and defects, diseases and defects of the upper and lower extremities. Nursing care: physical nurse examination, assessment of patient needs, determine the nursing problem. Plan nursing interventions, their implementation and evaluation. Plan and implementation of education. Specifics of nursing care in rheumatology considering the age of the patient.
