Course content
Contents of lectures: The definition of a risk pregnancies . Screening high-risk pregnancy and congenital defects. Screening methods . Invasive methods of prenatal diagnosis . Bleeding in Pregnancy / I. trimester , placenta praevia , placental abruption / . Immunization in Rh and ABO system . Cardiomyopathy and lung disease . Diabetes mellitus and other endocrine disorders . Diseases of the liver and gastrointestinal tract. Diseases of the kidney and urinary tract. Hematologic complications . Thrombotic events . Pre-eclampsia , eclampsia , HELLP syndrome . Intrauterine growth retardation of the fetus. Fetal hypoxia . Perinatal infection / viral disease zoonose , sexually transmitted diseases , bacterial infection / Neurological complications . Tumors in pregnancy. The problem of drug addiction. Exercises: Prenatal care for pregnant venture and pathological pregnancies. Care for women with indication for invasive prenatal diagnostic methods . Prenatal care for pregnant bleeding in pregnancy and blood diseases. Prenatal care for pregnant with Rh immunization . Prenatal care for pregnant diseases of the heart , blood vessels and thromboembolic disease. Prenatal care for pregnant with diabetes mellitus. Prenatal care for pregnant with kidney and urinary tract . Prenatal care for women with gestational gestosis . Prenatal care for pregnant with infectious diseases , zoonoses . Prenatal care for pregnant drug addicts .

After completing the course students: -define risk and pathological pregnancies. -are familiar with prenatal diagnostic methods and related midwifery care. -have the theoretical foundations of nursing in the care of a pregnant woman with an associated disease. known-risk and pathological factors influencing the course of pregnancy.
