Absolvent předmětu je schopen prokázat teoretické znalosti v oblasti civilního práva hmotného se zaměřením na znalosti civilního práva v Itálii.
Absolvent umí vést odbornou diskusi nad civilněprávními tématy v italském jazyce s použitím příslušné odborné terminologie. Dovede pracovat tvůrčím způsobem s odbornou literaturou a dalšími zdroji v italském jazyce. Dále umí zpracovat odborný text v italském jazyce publikovatelné úrovně. Je schopen komparace české a příslušné zahraniční právní úpravy.
