Course content
1. The Constitutional law of the Church; fundamental rights and obligations of the Christians; consociations in the Church 2. The Hierarchical constitution of the Church in the central and local level; Legacy of the Holy See 3. The law of the Institutes of consecrated life 4. The magisterial law; magisterium of the Church and forms of his activities 5. The sacramental law; introduction to the juridical regulation of the sacraments 6. The juridical regulation of the sacraments of Christian initiation and reconciliation 7. The juridical regulation of ordination 8. The matrimonial law 9. The patrimonial law 10. The penal law (general and special part) 11. Process law judicial and administrative
