Course content
1. Introduction to the subject, form of teaching, materials and literature, evaluation. Basic information about the importance of Roman law in legal argumentation. 2. Basic orientation in the sources of Roman law, Corpus iuris civilis, its structure and system. Interpretation of sources and their interpretation. 3. Basics of the Roman civil process, lawsuit - litigation test and procedural institutes - sentencing. 4. Preparation for a written solution of the case, factual and legal argumentation. 5. Solution of the case of Roman law using sources (written round of Moot court) 6. Simulated civil trial (oral round of Moot court)
