Skills
recognize the functions of the highest authorities of Central European states. Analyze their roles and competences in the period from the High Middle Ages to the end of the 19th century. Formulate and contextualize some historical attempts to create a wider European community of states in connection with constitutional law topics. To analyze the trends that shaped the development of international, diplomatic and criminal law in Central Europe
