Course content
1. The importance of interactive training for creating the group. 2. Concerns and expectations. 3. Rules for safe environment and efficient cooperation in the training group. 4. Dating techniques. 5. Techniques of the ICE-breakings, and warm-ups. 6. Cooperative techniques in the room. 7. Cooperative techniques in nature. 8. Communication in the group. 9. The importance of reflection in the work group. 10. - 13. Outdoor project.

Knowledge
Define key concepts from personality psychology and social psychology.
To characterize the personality from the point of view of current concepts of socio-psychological approach.
Describe the social group, give the classification of social groups.
Explain the principles of group processes (group dynamics).
Skills
Evaluate according to various criteria the current concept of socio-psychological conception of personality.
Distinguish the nature of an individual's behavior in a social group (dominance-submissiveness, extraversion-introversion, etc.).

Characterize individual topics of interactive training.
Describe the possibilities of using interactive training techniques in strategies for positively influencing the school classroom.

Reflect group events after completing the techniques of the training program.
Reflect your own behavior after completing the techniques of the training program.
Implement the experience gained from group events in the training program into personal and professional life.
