Course content
Thematic focus of the lessons: 1. Introduction to current pedagogical issues, current trends in education and their influence on the teaching profession (strategy of educational policy, curriculum changes...) 2. Changes in education and teaching (revision of RVP, competence approach, personalization/individualization, differentiation, learning environment, evaluation...) 3. Evaluation of the quality of education, teaching, teachers (quality criteria, internal and external evaluation tools) 4. Professional development of a teacher from a graduate to a pedagogical leader (career of a teacher, connection to the competence framework of a graduate teacher) 5. Support for teaching staff (relevant sources of guaranteed support, data and information) 6. Free topic - connection to current events
