Students will be familiar with basic legal regulations in the field of family and civil law, they will understand the basic principles, on which the contemporary law is based on, they will be aware of rights and duties of husband and wife, including mutual rights and duties following from parental responsibility, they will understand the regulations concerning surrogate family relations and child protection. |
