Course content
1.) Kindergarten as an institution 2.) Head of kindergarten 3.) Introduction to the issue of school financing 4.) Basics of HR 5.) Creation of the concept of the school 6. School culture 7.) Basics of public relations 8.) Self-presentation in the selection procedure

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 30 hours per semester
  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 23 hours per semester

Describe the educational system of the Czech Republic.
Student knows the basics of general didactics and preschool didactics.
Student knows the current version of the Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education.
Student has knowledge in the field of pedagogical and social psychology.

Student can formulate his ideas about the work of a teacher and kindergarten.
