The course is intended for doctoral studies. To identify and describe business processes. To recognize incentives an stimulus influencing business performance. To carry out reconfigurations of business processes in accordance with accepted strategy. To use Balanced Scorecard methodology for strategy implementation into business processes.

to discusse practical and theoretical problems concerning proces management to apply analytical tools and techniques for proces activities management with the goal to rise firm´s performance to implement strategy into firm´s infrastructure to formulate research work concerning the chosen topic of the discussed issues to defend such work
