The course is intended for doctoral studies. Human resource management - theories, concepts and models Strategic human resource management Architecture of human resource management in organization Human capital management Human resource audit and personnel controlling Personnel marketing and employer brand Human resource management in the age of globalization Current approaches and trends in the area of human resource management Research in human resource management

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Contact hours - 30 hours per semester
  • Individual project (40) - 220 hours per semester
  • Preparation for an examination (30-60) - 120 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report in a foreign language) (10-15) - 20 hours per semester
