Introduction and recapitulation of basic concepts of business processes and their analysis and management. Basic principles of business process modeling. BPMN methodology Activity Based Costing methodology Techniques for obtaining and processing of process data Value Stream Mapping methodology Six Sigma methodology FMEA methodology Planning and scheduling techniques Return on investment in improvement or innovation processes Basic business process performance metrics. Lecture by a practitioner
