Course content
Introduction, project plan. Project planning - determination of the terminilogy, processes, activities. Management of project resources. Financial Planning in the enterprise. Cost structure and costing of the project. Estimation of overheads of the project and ways of calculation. Price estimation of the project. Financial tools and their use by budget planning. Budgeting and project financing. Resources of project financing. Applied risk analysis and management. Managing and control of project cost. Cohesion between budget and financial plan of the enterprise.

  • Team project (50/number of students) - 26 hours per semester
